I lived in Canada and Australia for 10 and a half years. When I was in Australia, I lived in several backpacker’s hostels for a year and a half, talking to people from all over the world. I came back to Tokyo in 2017 and I started a business called “Best Experience Japan”.

Before traveling overseas, I worked in a bar as a chef and as a barman. When I was in Melbourne, I managed a Japanese bar, explaining how to drink Sake, Japanese Whisky, and Japanese culture to customers. After I came back to live in Japan, I received my qualification of “International Sake Sommelier” and “Whisky Expert” to organize a seminar for each. Before flying overseas, I didn’t quite understand how wonderful the quality of service was in restaurants in Japan. Prices in restaurants are a very wide range.

However, the quality is higher than anywhere else in the world!
